Confirmation. Online bookings are confirmed by email once we have checked crew availability for your area, usually within one working day.

Reminders. We send an email reminder before your visit and a confirmation once the work is complete.

Weather. Window cleaning continues in light rain. Roof, render and pressure washing may be rescheduled for safety in high winds, ice or heavy rain — we will contact you with the earliest alternative slot.

Rescheduling and cancellations. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel a booking. Missed visits where access was not available may be charged at 50% of the job value.

Recurring plans. Regular plans run on a 4 or 8 weekly cycle and can be paused or cancelled at any time with no minimum term.
