Arctic Exterior Cleaning uses a water-fed pole system running 100% purified water. Ordinary tap water in the North West carries dissolved minerals that dry as spots and streaks; running it through carbon, reverse osmosis and de-ionisation filtration strips those minerals out entirely, so the water dries invisibly and takes the dirt with it. There is no detergent, no chamois, no squeegee marks and nothing to leave behind on the glass.
Because the pole reaches from ground level, we clean upstairs windows, dormers, conservatory roofs and awkward elevations without a single ladder resting against your property. That is safer for our technicians, safer for your guttering and render, and it means we can clean over conservatories, flower beds, bin stores and awkward side returns that a traditional ladder round simply skips.
Every clean includes the frames, sills, doors and any accessible glazed panels — not just the glass. Most customers settle on a four or eight weekly cycle, which keeps the build-up light enough that each visit is quick and the glass never really has a chance to look dirty.
