Commercial Window Cleaning in Liverpool & the North West

Contract window cleaning for offices, retail, schools and industrial units.

Service overview

Commercial Window Cleaning done properly

Commercial glazing is judged differently to domestic. A smeared office frontage or a dusty retail window is the first thing a customer sees, so our commercial contracts are built around consistency and evidence: a fixed schedule, a named account contact, RAMS supplied before the first visit and a completion record after every attendance.

We clean glass, frames, cladding panels, signage, entrance canopies and internal glazing where required, using long-reach purified water systems for anything up to around four storeys and arranging powered access or rope access specialists above that. Every technician is insured, DBS-checked where the site requires it, and briefed on your site rules before arrival.

Timing is usually the deciding factor. We run early-morning slots for retail parades before trading, out-of-hours visits for offices and showrooms, and scheduled shutdown-period work for schools and industrial units. Multi-site operators receive a single consolidated schedule and one invoice covering every property.

Benefits

The benefits of professional commercial window cleaning

Fixed schedules you can plan around

Weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly frequencies with agreed visit dates, not vague promises to attend at some point.

RAMS and full documentation

Risk assessments, method statements and insurance certificates supplied before the first visit and updated for every site change.

Out-of-hours and weekend attendance

Cleaning happens before opening, after closing or on shutdown days so trading, teaching and production are never interrupted.

Multi-site management

One point of contact, one schedule and one monthly invoice across every site in your portfolio.

Reach without scaffolding

Long-reach purified water systems clean up to around four storeys from ground level, avoiding the cost and disruption of access equipment.

Evidence of attendance

Digital job records and photographs where required, so facilities managers can prove the contract is being delivered.

How it works

Our commercial window cleaning process

  1. 1

    Site survey

We attend, measure the elevations, identify access constraints and agree frequency and timing with your facilities contact.

  2. 2

    Documentation

RAMS, insurance and any site-specific inductions are completed and issued before the first clean.

  3. 3

    Scheduled delivery

Visits run to the agreed calendar with advance notification to your site contact.

  4. 4

    Review

Contracts are reviewed periodically so frequency matches the actual soiling rate rather than an assumption made at year one.
