Quotations. Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the information and access described at the time. Where conditions differ materially on site, we will agree any change with you before proceeding.

Access. Please ensure gates, side access, water and parking are available on the agreed date. Vehicles and garden items should be moved from the work area where possible.

Payment. Domestic work is payable on completion unless agreed otherwise. Commercial accounts are invoiced on 30-day terms. Late payment may incur statutory interest.

Workmanship. We use methods appropriate to each surface. Pre-existing defects such as failed seals, loose mortar, damaged tiles or worn coatings cannot be warranted and will be reported to you where identified.

Insurance and liability. We carry £5m public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out except where the law provides otherwise.
