Almost all of this work is soft washing rather than pressure washing. A correctly formulated detergent, the right dwell time and a controlled low-pressure rinse lift the soiling without scouring cladding coatings, blowing out mortar joints, driving water behind render or damaging soft stone. On heritage brick and stone, method choice matters even more — the wrong approach permanently opens the surface and makes the building soil faster forever after.
Every commercial façade job is quoted from a survey with a written specification: substrate, method, access strategy, containment, water management and programme. We supply RAMS, work out of hours where trading or production requires it, and coordinate with your other contractors on live sites. For contamination that must not be touched with water at all, our dry ice blasting division offers a completely non-abrasive, residue-free alternative.
